Hey there!

When you see a car in a parking space and, although they are in between the lines, they are completely crooked?  Please don't get too angry and annoyed with them because it's probably me.  I'm a terrible parker.  However, I like to think that I make up for it with my awesome seven-point-turn skills it takes me to get out of that parking space.  Impressive, I know.

I fell head over heels for photography when two special little black-eyed girls entered my life nearly a decade ago.  Through the adoption of my sisters from China, I found my passion of telling stories through pictures and producing artistic photographs that make you feel. 

I went on to major in Fine Art Photography at Baylor University (sic 'em bears!) where I cheered on the sidelines for a certain stud that made all the tackles on the field.  Jason later put a ring on my finger and made me his wife in 2010.   He is my business partner, second-shooter, and best friend.  Without him, life would be a lot less fun.

When I'm not behind the lens, you can usually find me fishing, two-steppin' with Jason, dominating at Connect Four, or trying to teach my dog to do a handstand.  Next to photography, my greatest passion is for the orphans around the world and photographing their sweet faces.  I have spent time in Chinese, African, and European orphanages, and cannot wait to see where God leads me next.

I grew up in Southlake, Texas but Jason's pursuit of Law School moved us down here to Houston in 2011.  Although I am based in Houston, I serve all of the great state of Texas and anywhere in the world you decide to tie the knot.  I love to travel, and my passport is always current!
